Geoff & Glenda Swan

Geoff and Glenda Swan can share many inspirational stories since buying the business from Les Warren in 1984 and building it up to the business it is today.

Originally starting in the business as a supervisor, Geoff is a qualified carpenter and registered builder with 40 years building experience. Geoff is a member of the Master Builder's Association of Australia and the Housing Industry Association of Victoria, alongside being a long time member of Rotary, with nearly 20 years service. Geoff is also a past President of the Diamond Creek Rotary Club.

Geoff is community-orientated and was personally touched by the devastating fires at Kinglake and surrounding areas. As a result Geoff and Glenda have been active fundraisers and mentors, assisting in the rebuilding process through the local traders and Rotary.

Geoff and Glenda are parents of five children and have eleven grand children.

Ashley Badcock

Building a quality home is not just the product, it’s about quality relationships and being able to enjoy the building experience.

Ashley is a carpenter by trade and has worked at all levels of the building industry.

With exposure to the venture capital space and commercial law, Ashley has combined his practical building experience with business studies.

Ashley is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, TEC (The Executive Connection) and is Vice President of the Housing Industry Association Training and Professional Development Committee.

Away from work Ash enjoys keeping fit at Bootcamp and coaches rugby union.

Peter Sullivan

“I really enjoy helping clients to realise their dream.”

Designing and selling homes for 8 years, Peter has keen eye for the development of homes on sloping blocks and working to fit within the clients budget.

Peter a carpenter by trade, has worked as a senior manager across various industries and knows how to listen to clients and what they want.

Photography is his love and spending time with family and friends. When he gets the chance between client meetings, peter loves to watch a good game of footy, especially when the West Coast Eagles are playing.

Michael Gannon

Meet Mike – Mike ran his own international and Australian wide business successfully for 15 years. Wanting a change he has thrown himself into the sales world. With a wealth of intimate building knowledge, Mike will be able to help you with any query.

Mike loves to travel and squeeze in a good hard game of golf when he gets the chance!

Kristy Leigh

I enjoy the relationship that I develop with the client through the building process.

Kristy has previously studied and worked as a project manager and brings exceptional organisational and management skills to the business.

Kristy has a great eye for design and keen attention to detail. Kristy understands the value of good communication and how important the relationship between the site manager and the client is during the construction of your new home having recently completed the construction of her own home.

In Kristy’s spare time she is planning her wedding and enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies and decorating her new home.

Melissa Gardner

Building a house is one of the most rewarding experiences. Every day I get to see homes develop from a concept through to the final product.

Melissa has had exposure to all aspects of the construction process and grew up watching houses being built from the back seat of the car. Now, Melissa oversees the construction team at LP Warren Homes.

Melissa is setting new benchmarks for customer service in the industry and has exceptional organisational skills. Melissa’s keen eye, attention to detail and quality finishing skills is second to nobody in the industry.

In Melissa's well deserved spare time she loves hanging with her dogs, relaxing with a good book or spending time with her husband and many nieces and nephews.

Chloe Gay

“It feels like we are one big family at LP Warren Homes. We all work well as a team.”

Chloe is the bookend of the building process. Chloe will look after your home as it moves through council and once you have moved in Chloe will administer your 3 and 12 month maintenance program.

Joining L.P. Warren from school Chloe has developed into an integral part of the team. Chloe has an excellent knowledge of the building industry and the building process.

Always wearing a smile you will find Chloe very helpful and friendly.

In Chloes spare time she enjoys relaxing with friends, enjoying a good movie and playing in the LP Warren netball team.

Christina Zigouras

I find designing homes for sloping blocks extremely satisfying. It provides creative opportunities rather than limiting design options.

Christina is passionate about building design and is at the cutting edge of design trends as well as building and construction technologies. Christina is very conscious of the environment and develops energy efficient designs. She couples this with designs that maximise light into the home, have functional entertaining areas and has a keen eye in providing storage solution. Christina is heavily invested in her own professional development, continuously keeping abreast of new materials and design techniques.

Christina is a member of the BDAV (Building Design Association of Victoria) and is a Registered Building Practitioner (Architectural Drafting).

When not designing homes, Christina enjoys fine dining and the theatre.

Kathlene Church

I have really enjoyed watching the company evolve over the years and it continues to now, that is the exciting part.

Kathlene has worked at LP Warren Homes since 1994. As the longest serving employee Kathlene has worked in most administrative roles and is now responsible for implementing the company's operating software.

Kathlene is the mother of three beautiful children Robbie, Michael and Sophia. On the weekend you might find Kathlene ‘bedding down some tracks’ with her husband, Matthew, on their latest CD or just enjoying time with her family at home or at the beach.

Jenny Howard

Jenny is responsible for the fiscal reporting and financial operation of the business. You will speak to Jenny regarding progress claims and banking. Jenny’s role also encompasses the business creditors.

In between looking after her three children Nathan, Hayley and Amy, and her husband, Stephen, you’ll find Jenny playing social netball and keeping fit at Boot camp.

Peter Hughes

I enjoy being busy and I enjoy a challenge, every new building plan that I get to work with represents a new opportunity for me.

Peter Hughes works behind the scenes at LP Warren Homes, looking after construction estimating. Peter is a carpenter by trade and has been in the building industry for 18 years. Peter has worked with residential builders in varied facets of the industry and has had stints in the commercial & industrial sector.

On weekends, when not with his wife and children, Peter is racing his car at tracks around Victoria and South Australia.

Jenny Byrne

“Welcome to LP Warren Homes, Jenny speaking”

When you call through to L.P. Warren any one of the staff members are likely to answer the phone. However, affectionately known as the “manager of first impressions,” the voice you will most likely is Jenny.

Always wearing a smile you will find Jenny very helpful and friendly.

In Jenny spare time Jenny is following her beloved Essendon FC and is busy being mum to her family.
