LP Warren Homes are the original sloping block experts. Established in 1965 by Les Warren, LP Warren Homes have been building on sloping and difficult blocks for 45 years. There have been many builders enter this market over the years and LP Warren Homes have proven to be the only builder to stand the test of time.

This year LP Warren Homes celebrates its 45th year in business which means 45 years of building on sloping blocks.

The business was purchased in 1984 by the then company supervisor, Geoff Swan. Today Geoff serves as the Managing Director and wife Glenda also serves as a Director on the Board. Geoff and Glenda have five children, who have all worked in the business and today their three daughters play an integral role in the day-to-day operations.

LP Warren Homes has evolved from humble beginnings in Diamond Creek and now builds across the broader Melbourne metropolitan area as well as regional Victoria.

The business is very proud to boast that its core team of tradesmen has been a part of LP Warren Homes for over 20 years, with many of them having worked with the company since its inception. These same trades now have their sons contracting with them to LP Warren Homes. There are very few Melbourne, or even Australian builders that are able to demonstrate such continuity, experience and stability in their trades, this is a real strength of the business.
