With a very steep block to work with, a great floor plan defiently helped with construction. This designed worked with the block to utilise the slope as best as possible and reduce the excavation needed. It also allowed the owners to have a flat back yard for the kids to run around in!! This home came up fantastic, with lots of work for owners still, installing their own flooring throughout!
