Answer:
No, we are able to build quality homes on any type of land,
flat or sloping.
2. Question:
Why Build on Sloping land.
Answer:
Sloping blocks are able to capture the views and you are able
to create more usable land by having the home spread over
a number of levels.
3. Question:
Are sloping blocks more expensive to build on.
Answer:
Most builders charge a lot more because they don't have the
experience to perform the work. One large builder was going
to charge $50,000 for site costs, we only charged the client
$10,000, that's a saving of $40,000. |
