This site is extreamly steep and posed quote a few challenges.

The clients fell in love with our "Glenview" display home, and have made a few changes to suit their needs better and comply with strict planning conditions.

This home fits the block like a glove, the excavation has made excellent use of a difficult steep block for the clients providing flat areas to the front and rear.

This site slopes front to back and the clients have fallen in love with and chosen our "Glenview" design display home.

With a few of their personal touches, this house has made great use of the sloping site and compliments the fall of the land.

What a site! This home is extremly steep. We have worked with the clients to design a home to suit this large slope, with garage and study under and living and bedrooms on the upper levels with a small split to flow with the site.

Working on sites like these, takes patience and experience from trades and site supervisors and even delivering materials is a problem solving excercise!

L.P. Warren homes is proud to be one of the first builders back in the devestated kinglake area.

With our location to Kinglake and the surrounding effected areas LP Warren has many friends and even family effected by the fires of Febuary 09.

This home in Glenburn Road, the owners have decided to build a replica of the previous home even keeping some old style inside the new dwelling with pine posts internal balustrades, to remind them of the old.

We are trying to build this home as quickly as possible so as these owners can return to the place they call home..

This home is currently awaiting a Planning and Building Permit. Once approved we wil go strait to construction.

 This modern home is the second home we have built in this street.
