Croydon North, VICWhat a site! This home is extremly steep. We have worked with the clients to design a home to suit this large slope, with garage and study under and living and bedrooms on the upper levels with a small split to flow with the site.
Working on sites like these, takes patience and experience from trades and site supervisors and even delivering materials is a problem solving excercise!

Ferntree Gully, VICThis home was designed by the owner and our "Architectual" design service. This home will be "ultra" modern with a mix of Silvertop Ash timber cladding, render and PGH bricks. Split over three small levels to maximise the sloping block and minimise excavation.
This home is currently awaiting a Planning and Building Permit. Once approved we wil go strait to construction.
