Display homes

L.P. Warren have two display homes that demonstrate the beautiful houses that they can achieve when building on sloping blocks.

The two display homes, The Melview and The Glenview, are both open Saturday and Sunday from 1pm till 4pm or by appointment.

The Melview displays the standard features available in an L.P. Warren home.  The Glenview has been built with many upgrades to demonstrate the other end of the spectrum.

L.P. Warren Homes have done this to allow you a clear understanding of what is included in the standard home and to provide you with a template to work from in developing the upgrade and specifications for your new home.

The Melview and Glenview have been a part of the L.P. Warren display homes for a number of years, and are therefore examples of the homes that were being built at the time they were established.  Alongside these, L.P. Warren have built a wide rage of different styled homes; Contemporary, Georgian, French Provincial and Homestead, which are all available for viewing by asking your New Home Sales Consultant.  

As a commitment to our continuous improvement L.P. Warren will be building new display homes soon to reflect the more current style of L.P. Warren's recent houses… stay tuned for more news.
