Geoff Swan has worked at LP Warren Homes since 1978, eventually purchasing the company in 1984 after the death of Les Warren. Since then he and his wife Glenda have run the business. With a hands on approach to the business, what you see is what you get. Geoff is always happy to get involved and talk to clients direct if they have any concerns. With a large focus on making the company a family run business and making his clients feel like " One of the family" during the building of their home!

Matt a licened builder himself has spent many years running his own carpentry business. Tools down and its into the office now, he spends his time ensuring our homes get built with the quality we are proud of! Managing our team of supervisors in the feild, and battling the council's for building and planning permits. Matt's spends his spare time with his wife Fran and his three little rascals Marcus, Ashley & Bobby. When he gets a spare moment to himself he loves to jump back onto the tools and build something around the house!

Introducing Jenny Howard, Geoff and Glenda's second eldest daughter. In between looking after her three children Nathan, Hayley, Amy and her husband Stephen, Jenny is also heavily involved with the company accounting department! We have no idea how she juggles so many things, but she takes it all in her stride. With only working 2 days a week currently Jenny can't wait for a time where she can get more involved in the company, and we can't wait to have her!

Renee originally started with our company as receptionist and has now branched out into the world of sales. With invaluable experience of how the construction of the home is run and managed, she is now selling new homes. You will find Renee a pleasure to deal with.

Chloe is the first person you will speak to when you call into our office. From running the reception area, busily enterng accounts and keeping us all organised, we think you will find Chloe very helpful and friendly.

Behind every good man, there is an even better women!! Glenda as well as bringing up 5 children has always played a large part in the running of LP Warren. Glenda has been working full time since 1994, running the accounting side of the business. You'll often find her juggling one her 10 grandchildren in the office.

As the client liaison to all our current clients, Melissa is there to help with any concerns or questions and clients can always catch her when they need her. Melissa also takes care of all our Marketing and Advertising. On a good weekend you'll find Melissa relaxing with a good book or spending time with her husband and many nieces and nephews!

Kathlene Church is Glenda and Geoff’s eldest child. She started with the business in 1994 and has worked in many facets of the company from reception to estimating to drafting. After an extended time away having three beautiful children, Kathlene is back and currently our in-house maintenance officer, taking care of any maintenance issue that may arise, or any after sale item that needs attention. You will also run into Kathlene at our display homes on the weekends working along side the sales consultants.

Ian Openshaw has many years experience working for himself dealing with builders and developers providing detailed quotations and plans. Now he is our inhouse estimator. Ian prices all new home quotes and also works on pricing for current clients. On the weekends you'll find Ian with a tennis racket in his hand, and spending time with the family.

Claire is very much a behind the scenes person. Busy drawing up new plans and designs, and making any changes to existing homes. Claire has been with our company for over 5 years and without her we'd be lost! When clients come in and have no idea what to build, we sit them down for a good chat with claire to nut it out! Its history from there! On the weekends you'll find claire at puppy school with her dog, or relaxing at home!
