LP Warren Homes was established in 1965 by Les Warren. This year LP Warren Homes celebrates its 45th year in business, alongside being the sloping block specialist.
The business was purchased in 1984 by the then company supervisor, Geoff Swan. Today Geoff serves as the Managing Director, with his wife, Glenda, working alongside him as a Director of the business. Geoff and Glenda have five children, who have all worked in the business and today their three daughters play an integral role in the day-to-day operations.

We wish to extend our thanks to your staff for the professional manner in which they have conducted the planning and construction of our new home in Diamond Creek.
We had given up on building on our land late in 2003 and had placed the block on the market. Numerous building companies either declined to take on the job or simply put a prohibitive figure on site costs due to a combination of unstable soil type and slope on the site.
We decided to approach L.P. Warren Homes in a last ditch attempt to see if there was any hope of building our dream home. To our surprise L.P. Warren was able to offer us a solution and options for building on the site and we were able to negotiate a deal that enabled us to proceed.
Without charge for drafting, they modified one of their display home plans to suit the site and also made alterations that allowed us to incorporate some attractive features, at minimal costs. This was a considerable challenge, however it was achieved admirably through the clever work of their design and management team.
Throughout the project their workmanship was excellent and the quality of materials used exceeded our expectations. Their management team were polite and co-operative in dealing with the few issues that may have caused us concern along the way. The home reached completion in a little over six months.
We strongly recommend L.P. Warren Homes, especially if your home site is one of the many that most large building companies will generally not touch or of you want some unique feature designed into your home at a reasonable cost.
